IROK trailers are built by STANCE Chassis to dominate the road. Our patented outrigger designs drop from the side—not stacked on top—adding secure points for superior strength and stability. The 1/4" laser-cut, CNC-bent A-frame is thicker than most competitors, engineered to resist buckling and built for unmatched durability. We use 1/2" rods for added toughness, not the standard 1/4".
Every trailer features a 32" beaver-tail with integrated rear storage (40"W×24"L×8"D), heavy-duty 6,000/8,000 lb axles (two or three depending on model), and cleaner, stronger welds for a refined finish. Our patented 8" crossmembers on 8" I-beams (10" crossmembers on 10" I-beams for 30'+ models) deliver exceptional support, while the 102" wide-stance chassis is custom-designed and certified by Pac West for each floor plan.

IROK trailers feature solid, one-piece fiberglass-laminated walls and ceilings—no luan, no seam tape. Using Azdel 4K Gelcoat, our interiors deliver extreme durability and a high-gloss finish. The patented ducted ceiling system ensures even airflow throughout the unit, and we’re the only manufacturer with a fully thermal-laminated interior and exterior ceiling.
Every weld is overbuilt for lasting durability, from chassis to cabinetry. The ultra-strong bonded floor is triple-insulated and laminated at 7,200 lbs per square foot, combining 1/2” marine-grade plywood with 1-1/2” aluminum runners, high-density foam insulation, and a moisture barrier for unmatched strength and protection.

Engineered Strength
IROK’s patented laminated ceiling combines outstanding durability, superior insulation, and a smooth, aerodynamic surface that’s easy to clean. Its seamless lamination resists impacts and weathering while offering better thermal performance than traditional wood ceilings. Installation is reinforced with a double-sided tape system and screw-anchored ends for lasting strength and stability.
Our Race Line cabinets are crafted from 4K high-gloss Azdel FRP gelcoat, welded to an aluminum frame for unmatched style and resilience.
